Das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell des Reparatur- und Service-Zentrum R.U.S.Z entspricht zur G\u00e4nze dem 2015 ver\u00f6ffentlichten Ma\u00dfnahmenpaket zur Kreislaufwirtschaft, um die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit zu steigern, Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu schaffen und ein nachhaltiges Wachstum zu erreichen. Es erbringt einen Mehrwert f\u00fcr das Gemeinwesen auf sozialer und \u00f6kologischer Ebene in der Weise, dass durch die unbefristete Besch\u00e4ftigung von ehemals langzeitarbeitslosen Mechatronikern deren Ausbildung zu Fachexperten erfolgt und durch die Verl\u00e4ngerung der Nutzungsdauer von Konsumg\u00fctern ein wesentlicher Beitrag zur Ressourcenschonung erbracht wird. Es schafft Wertsch\u00f6pfung im Inland, lebt die Strategie der Ressourcenschonung seit der Gr\u00fcndung als wesentliche Handlungsmaxime und setzt sich seit mehr als 25 Jahren f\u00fcr nachhaltige Produktion und nachhaltigen Konsum von Elektroger\u00e4ten ein.
